Strom Products LTD’s Brands NO YOLKS® and WACKY MAC® to be Acquired by New World Pasta

Privately held sales and marketing company Strom Products announced today the agreement to sell dry pasta brands NO YOLKS® and WACKY MAC®, along with related assets, to New World Pasta Company. The transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2011.

Robert B. Strom, owner and chairman of Strom Products Ltd started the company in 1976, which directs all sales and marketing activities for each of the two brands. “Together with my team of highly intelligent and motivated individuals we grew the brands from the ground up,” said Strom. Gross revenue for the brands is estimated to be 46 million in 2011.

“After 35 years of running Strom Products,” Strom said, “I felt it was time to choose a reputable and reliable company to direct our brands.
